Rachael King

Rachael's diverse experience, strong problem-solving capabilities and focus on achievement makes her an effective strategist and dispute resolution specialist.

Rachael's experience is diverse, including regulatory prosecutions, administrative tribunal and judicial review proceedings, Corporations Act and trusts litigation, insolvency and resources/construction arbitration. Rachael also completed a Master of Laws degree at the University of Cambridge as a Cambridge Trusts Scholar, specialising in international dispute resolution.

Rachael has significant experience as counsel in most Australian State Courts, the Federal Court and many tribunals. She also has a growing practice in private dispute resolution. Rachael's focus areas include resolution of complex commercial disputes, regulatory litigation, insolvency and managed investment schemes.

She is a AICD Director Pipeline participant and a mentor in the Women in the Law Mentoring Scheme.

Rachael graduated from the University of Western Australia with first class Honours in Law and a Bachelor of Arts (History) in 2005. She was the recipient of the Ciara Glennon Memorial Scholarship and a member of UWA Jessup International Law Moot Team as Australian finalists in 2004/2005 that participated in the international round with highest ranked applicant memorials.
